Order Flow (What to Expect)

  1. Processing (made to order): 3–5 business days for most items; complex/bulk: 5–8.
  2. Dispatch: Orders paid before 14:00 PST are typically handed to the carrier the same/next business day once produced.
  3. Tracking Activation: New tracking IDs usually populate scans within 24–72 hours.

Customs, Duties & Tax IDs

  • Duties/VAT depend on your country’s rules. Unless marked as duty‑paid at checkout, fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

  • We attach all required customs paperwork to your shipment.

Tracking & No‑Update Cases

  • New tracking numbers may show no scans for 24–72h after handoff—this is normal.
  • No movement for 7+ days? Please contact us on the Contact Us page. We’ll investigate and reship/refund if confirmed lost.

Holiday Cut‑offs

We publish recommended order‑by dates for major holidays here each season. Orders placed after the cut‑off may still arrive in time, but we cannot guarantee due to carrier capacity and customs.
