Hello! My name is Barbara Neeld and for the past six years I've been a concierge for the most beautiful and historic hotel in downtown Pittsburgh. I spend my days focused on the specific wants and needs of my guests, in a broader sense, those wants and needs are much the same for everyone...Comfort! So, this website is an extension of my daily mission to provide comfortable surroundings, whether in a luxury hotel or in your own home.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of transit and handling. In the event that you do receive a damaged product, please notify A Cozy Gift immediately at 412.388-0206, we will have a new item shipped to you. Please keep original packaging for 14 days so that it is available for pickup by UPS or original carrier.

INCORRECT PRODUCT IS RECEIVED: Please notify A Cozy Gift within 3 days and we will issue a call tag to have the item picked up and make certain that a new item is shipped as soon as possible.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED: Great care is given to shipping products without flaws or defects. Please notify A Cozy Gift within 7 days and we will issue a call tag to have the item picked up and make certain that a new item is shipped out as soon as possible. Defective items rarely get through the multi-point inspection process. Used or laundered products will not be replaced.

DESIRE TO RETURN PRODUCT / CUSTOMER CHANGES MIND Your complete satisfaction is very important to us, you may return any item with the exception of personalized merchandise. We will credit your account for the cost of the product less shipping and handling, which must be prepaid. The product must be returned in the original packaging and in good condition for resale. Please understand that certain products may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% at the discretion of A Cozy Gift. NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MARKED CLEARLY ON THE BOX.
